1-2-1 YOGA
1-2-1 yoga can help you to develop a yoga practice that deepens your level of awareness beyond what can generally be achieved in a group class setting.
Each class is tailored specifically for your needs, whether you need beginners yoga or you have a regular yoga practise.
Working 1-2-1 enables you to commit to a set day/time that works around your own schedule and perhaps means you are more likely to stick at it!
We can discuss in advance of your sessions what you need so I know how best to tailor each class to suit you. 1-2-1’s can be done online or in person.
